Family and Inheritance Law
Family is probably the most important value for every human being. To feel love, to respect each other, to bring up children is something that everyone needs. But in life, there are sometimes certain obstacles to the family idyll, common interests cease to be common, and spouses no longer feel the former respect for each other, which ultimately, unfortunately, leads to the termination of the family as a whole.
The ASTEELEX provides services in the field of family and inheritance law, including legal advice, drafting of contracts, statements of claims, and other documents that regulate marital, family, and inheritance relations.
Understanding the specificities of the practice of Family and Inheritance Law, we have an individual approach to each client. After studying the specifics of the situation and the client’s wishes, we offer the most convenient and effective solution.
An important advantage of ASTEELEX is the ability to involve narrowly focused specialists from other practices: corporate and tax. This allows us to comprehensively assess the issue and find the most appropriate solution.
High-quality and timely legal assistance in family law matters will help you save energy, time, and money, and sometimes even find a way out of a conflict situation at the initial stage through compromise, without bringing the conflict to a critical point.

FAQ
Do I have to go to court to get divorced?
Not always. It depends on whether you have minor children together and whether you both agree to the divorce. At the consultation we'll tell you which route fits your case.
Can we agree on property and children without going to court?
Yes, and that is often the best option: the arrangements can be set out in a written agreement. We'll help you draft one that is clear and protects your interests.
I missed the deadline to accept an inheritance. Is it too late?
If there were good reasons for missing it, a court can grant additional time to accept the inheritance. Every case is different, so don't wait — show your documents to a lawyer as early as you can.
Can my case go ahead while I'm abroad?
In many cases, yes: a lawyer can represent you in court while we work with you remotely. Whether you need to take part in person depends on the specific case.
