Can a foreign company file in Ukraine directly?
Foreign applicants act through a registered Ukrainian patent attorney. Alternatively, Ukraine can be designated in an international registration under the Madrid System.
How long does registration take in Ukraine?
It depends on the examination queue and on any office actions or oppositions — realistically from several months to over a year. We give a forecast for your application at the start.
